4-Channel System for Year Round Control
This customizable ice control system uses a CAN
BUS design that
offers a customizable platform for today’s demand
and
expansion for future capabilities.
The 4-channel means you can control liquid and
granular
materials simultaneously. Change material with the
press
of a button, eliminating time required to get out of
the truck
to change hydraulic hoses. In addition, Flex4 is
compatible
with the full line of DICKEY-john sensors and
hydraulic
packages for easy integration with existing systems
Expanding the capabilities beyond winter months
Flex4
allows for roadside weed control and spreading rock
on roadside edges. The system also includes
the ability to control a variety of electric and hydraulic-driven
attachments
with a manual speed adjustment from inside the cab. The optional Fleet Management software and GPS
receiver captures critical vehicle location and
data, allowing
for expense calculations of material, fuel, labor,
and equipment costs. GPS coordinates of truck spreading
routes are
stored in the system and can be viewed in map
format.
